Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days, and we will replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items on clearance or marked as final sale.
